OUTREACH INITIATIVES

We have begun a good work with the first order of Bishop’s Blend Coffee.  Thank you to all who have switched to this coffee to help others.  From now on, the order will be placed on the Monday after the 3rd Sunday of each month.  So please turn in your orders by the 3rd Sunday of the month.  If you will not be in church you may mail your order to the office with a check that will be given to Outreach. Remember, in this simple change of our regular purchasing, we can help others.

We propose the purchase of insecticide-treated nets, to help eradicate malaria.  We choose to send these nets to villages in South America and or Africa. Raising $1,200.00 will provide netting for 100 families.  Let’s consider fun and exciting ways to raise this money inside and outside the church. We can travel to the village that has received the nets we purchased, and while there we can become involved in local development efforts.

Contact the church office for additional details.
